Carry out regular safety inspections to ensure safe work methods and maintenance of safety and health requirements.

Conduct weekly/monthly safety committee meetings and periodic safety audits at the site to ensure safety compliance.

Investigate all injuries, review accident reports, analyze causes, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of similar incidents.

Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures and requirements.

Identify and mitigate construction hazards, and effectively communicate safety protocols and expectations to all personnel levels.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Professional Certificate approved by DOSH/NIOSH.
• Must have NIOSH Green Book registration with JKKP.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Successful candidate will be based in Pontian, Johor Bahru.
