Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of the warehouse facilities, equipment, and safety practices to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors on HSSE procedures and emergency response.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive HSSE programs, documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and company standards.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with HSSE standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOE).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; experience in the logistics industry/warehousing is an advantage.
• Possess Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) or equivalent, or completion of Safety and Health Coordinator Course.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Able to conduct HSSE inspection, audits and briefing effectively.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking teams.
