A manufacturing company in Johor is seeking a Safety Coordinator cum Production Assistant to manage production activities and ensure workplace safety. The ideal candidate should have a Certificate or Diploma in Safety & Health and at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of WSH/DOSH Acts are essential. This role includes daily management of production, QC inspections, and the enforcement of safety policies.
Applicant must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Safety & Health, Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) or equivalent.
Candidate should have a pleasant disposition with good interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills and proven ability to interact and deal effectively with all levels of management and staff.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with Heads of Department.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in manufacturing and construction environments.
Good understanding of relevant WSH / DOSH Acts and other compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
