Job summary:

• Expected salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 per month

Job Title: ESH Supervisor (non-executive)

Location: Ayer Hitam, Johor

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor OSH, Environmental & Sustainability (OSHES) Compliance Plans
• Identify environmental aspects and impacts, conduct HIRARC, and determine controls
• Participate in statutory inspections, internal/external audits, OSHES meetings, accident investigations, workplace inspections, and self-checks
• Communicate OSHES policies, environmental, safety, health, and sustainability issues to employees
• Identify training needs and conduct internal training with guidance from Safety Supervisor & Mill Manager
• Report findings from inspections and any issues to Safety Supervisor & Mill Manager

Requirements:

• Background in Safety and Health; OSH-C Competency is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental, and Sustainability legal requirements (ISCC/RSPO & MSPO)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
