We are seeking an experienced Resort cum Hotel Manager to join our team at the Sabindo Khin Shang Water Spring Resort in Keningau, Sabah. As the Resort cum Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our prestigious resort and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of resort and hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facilities management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of resort and hotel staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Represent the resort and hotel at industry events and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resort or Hotel Manager in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing resort or hotel operations, including budget planning and financial management
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions
• Proficient in the use of hotel management software and technology
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
