Job summary

Alcon in Malaysia seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Planning Management (S&OE) to lead short-term demand and supply execution across markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Commercial, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service to optimize service levels and inventory.

You will drive real-time visibility of execution risks, perform root cause analyses, and ensure adherence to S&OP processes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements while driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional supply chain execution and planning processes.
• Strong understanding of S&OP/S&OE, inventory management, and service metrics.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience in global/matrix organizations; regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the weekly S&OE process to align short-term demand and supply across markets.
• Coordinate near-term demand and supply execution within 0–3 month horizon.
• Act as primary intake point for short-term commercial requests and coordinate actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making to resolve constraints and risks.
• Support inventory prioritization and balancing during supply constraints.
• Monitor service levels, backlog, and fulfillment; drive mitigation actions.
• Develop weekly execution reports, dashboards, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements; drive improvements.
