Job Description

  • Lead and support the team, ensuring high performance, effective collaboration, and providing guidance as needed.
  • Ensure financial data and records are maintained accurately and in compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Provide clear and accurate financial reporting, including analysis of results and resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure internal controls are executed and any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in reviewing financial statements and other key reports.
  • Implement and manage processes effectively, delivering reliable financial support.
  • Support the transition and integration of new processes or tasks as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant experience or qualifications may be considered.
  • At least 8 years of experience in financial operations, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in a shared services environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems; experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
