An RTR Analyst manages the Record to Report process, ensuring accurate financial closing, reconciliation, and reporting for the organization.

Description

Monthly and Annual Financial Closures: Ensure timely and accurate completion of FI monthly and annual closings for assigned G/L shared companies, adhering to the group's standardized procedures.Monthly Operational Reporting and Risk Management: Deliver monthly operational reports according to the schedule, perform detailed analyses for assigned companies, issue risk alerts, collaborate with other departments, and resolve discrepancies to maintain compliance with accounting standards.Accounting Process Improvement: Update, refine, and revise the accounting manual as needed based on business requirements, while streamlining relevant accounting processes.HFM and Automated PBC Report Preparation: Prepare HFM and automated PBC reports for assigned legal entities, ensuring alignment with group guidelines.Quarterly and Annual PBC Preparation and Audit Support: Compile quarterly and annual PBCs, support the annual audit by providing necessary documentation, and facilitate timely resolution of audit issues.Support for AP/AR Teams: Provide guidance and constructive feedback to the AP/AR teams within responsible companies to enhance their performance.Assistance with Intercompany Reconciliation: Collaborate with the intercompany team to resolve intercompany discrepancies for assigned companies.

Profile

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and month-end/year-end closing processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
