Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with high-volume BPO transactions.

Job Description

  • Manage and execute full-set accounting and RTR functions, ensuring accurate general ledger reporting and timely month-end closing activities.
  • Oversee high-volume transactions and reporting requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in Greater China, Taiwan, and other regions, addressing financial reporting needs and queries.
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts, ensuring alignment with internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • Continuously enhance accounting processes to drive efficiency and optimize accuracy in financial reporting.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to handle Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with high-volume BPO transactions and familiarity with manufacturing industry standards.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
