Job summary

Artefact, a data consulting and digital marketing firm, seeks an RPA Solution Specialist to design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions for client challenges, improving operational efficiency.

You will engage with clients, gather requirements, translate them into scalable automations using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate; contribute to documentation, testing, UAT, and deployment in a hybrid Kuala Lumpur work setup for a 3-month contract.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and implementation.
• Strong experience with leading RPA platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate.
• Good understanding of business process automation, workflow design, and system integration.

What You Will Be Doing

As an RPA Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that address business needs and improve operational efficiency.

You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into effective and scalable automation solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.


• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical RPA solutions.


• Design, develop, test, and implement end-to-end RPA workflows.


• Work with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar technologies.


• Integrate automation solutions with existing applications, systems, APIs, and databases where required.


• Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain existing automation workflows.


• Ensure RPA solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with technical best practices.


• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, business users, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.


• Prepare solution documentation, technical specifications, and process documentation.


• Support deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), knowledge transfer, and handover activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven hands‑on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and implementation.


• Strong experience with one or more leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalent.


• Good understanding of business process automation, workflow design, and system integration.


• Experience translating business requirements into technical and automation solutions.


• Experience integrating RPA solutions with applications, APIs, databases, or other enterprise systems.


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.


• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.


• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, project‑based consulting environment.


• Available to work full‑time for a 3‑month contract.


• Able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Kuala Lumpur, combining work from the Artefact office, client site, and home.
