Job summary

Allianz is seeking a Process Automation Analyst to identify automation opportunities, map workflows and shape high-quality RPA solutions. You will work with the RPA team, SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes in detail, and support UAT to ensure automation meets business needs.

The role emphasizes process design, governance, and continuing evolution of the automation operating model as Allianz pursues Intelligent Automation across its Malaysian operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RPA/automation business analysis with understanding of automation platforms

Responsibilities

• Observe business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Map business workflows and design RPA solutions
• Collaborate with RPA team, SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Document processes in detail (PDD/SDD) for automation
• Support UAT and validate automation outcomes
• Maintain automation pipeline and governance alignment
• Assist in evolving automation operating model and governance
• Explore future tech to enable Intelligent Automation
