About Our Client

Job Description

• Design and deliver process automation solutions and KPI dashboards using UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automate Anywhere, and other tools such as SQL, and VBA
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and formulate automation strategies
• Analyze and identify processes suitable for automation
• Participate in streamlining and enhancing existing workflows to increase automation efficiency
• Establish KPIs to assess and continuously reassess the impact of automated processes
• Conduct testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes through RPA and recommend improvements
• Document technical designs, workflows, and user guides for implemented solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA tools with existing systems
• Background in process automation, business process management, or workflow automation is advantageous.
• Monitor and analyze BOT performance metrics to ensure long-term efficiency and scalability

The Successful Applicant

A successful RPA Developer should have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years hands on proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
• Proactive and collaborative team member with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English
