Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand process workflows.
• Develop reusable components, templates, and frameworks to accelerate development.
• Maintain and support existing automation scripts, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and adhere to best practices and governance.
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist with production rollout.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Orange Workforce).
• Proficient in programming languages like C#, or VB.NET is an advantage.
• Experience integrating RPA with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with OCR tools, APIs, and databases (SQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
