Job Responsibilities

1. Execute & support RPA process initiatives with team members, relevant stakeholders, and process owners.
2. Provide effective and efficient support to the Head of RPA to ensure the smooth running of the department.
3. Ensure that business users' interests are reflected in all phases of process improvement.
4. Understand and design solutions for different processes used throughout DHL Express across various functions & locations.
5. Identify and leverage best practices already in use within the RPA / OCR community.
6. Design practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities, focusing on cost and performance.
7. Successfully implement RPA initiatives with DHL Express Business Partners.
8. Relate to cross-cultural processes and country sensitivities.
9. Create & maintain RPA process documentation following RPA COE governance (e.g., process maps, SDD).
10. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships & provide solutions on RPA / OCR usage.

Candidate Requirements

1. Good understanding of IT development processes.
2. Ability to develop tools/solutions using programming languages such as .Net and MSSQL.
3. Effective written and oral communication skills.
4. Innovative and creative mindset.
5. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
7. Strong discipline in performing standard procedures.
8. Strong interest in Robotic Process Automation.
9. Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is essential.
10. Experience with .Net Development and Power BI is advantageous.
11. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Software Development Environment and at least 1+ years of experience with UiPath platform.
12. Experience in Process Analysis, Design, Coding, Implementation, Requirements gathering, Problem-Solving, System testing, UAT, debugging, and bug fixes.
13. Qualified University Degree in IT, Software Development, or related fields preferred.
