Job summary

ABeam Consulting is seeking a hands-on RPA Developer to join the Agentic Intelligence team. You will design, build, test, and deploy RPA and agentic AI workflows, collaborating with clients to identify automation opportunities and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

The role requires 1–2 years of UiPath or similar RPA experience, familiarity with AI-driven concepts, and the ability to travel up to 50% or more.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath or other RPA platforms (1–2 years).
• Exposure to AI-driven automation and agent orchestration is a plus.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith is advantageous.
• Experience with API integration and software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define automation use cases with clients across IT and business operations.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and document RPA and agentic AI workflows.
• Translate business requirements into automated workflows and agent instructions.
• Create and review BRD, PDD, SDD, and agent design artefacts.
• Provide L1–L3 support and incident resolution for automations.
• Perform end-to-end testing including AI output validation.
• Collaborate in onsite and remote client engagements to drive adoption.
• Travel up to 50% or more (domestic, regional and international).
