Job summary

ABeam Consulting is seeking an Automation Engineer to develop and implement agentic automation solutions, combining RPA and AI capabilities. You will collaborate with clients to translate business processes into automated workflows, integrate APIs and databases, and document procedures for successful deployments across onsite and remote engagements.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, travel up to 50%+ as required, and participate in both Agile and Waterfall projects to deliver

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
1–2 years hands-on experience in UiPath or other RPA platforms, with exposure to AI-driven automation.
Familiarity with agent orchestration and LLM frameworks is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and software development practices.
Experience with REST APIs, web services and databases (RDBMS/NoSQL).

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy and document RPA solutions and agentic AI workflows.
Collaborate with customers to define automation use cases and needs.
Analyze business processes and design agentic workflows with AI agents and RPA bots.
Provide L1–L3 support for automations and incidents, including prompt tuning and optimization.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and well documented.
