Job summary

Bumiegreens Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and experienced RORO Lorry Driver to operate and drive RORO lorries safely for waste collection and transportation. You will deliver, exchange and collect RORO bins at customer sites, ensure proper handling of bins and waste materials, and maintain daily trip records.

Ideal candidates have a valid GDL and prior lorry driving experience; RORO experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid GDL (Goods Driving Licence).
• Previous experience driving a lorry is required.
• RORO lorry experience is highly preferred.
• Familiar with waste collection, construction sites or related operations will be an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual and able to follow company procedures.
• Physically fit and able to perform work related to RORO bin handling.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple trips in a day.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive RORO lorry safely for waste collection and transportation
• Deliver, exchange and collect RORO bins at customer sites
• Ensure proper handling of bins and waste materials
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report any vehicle issues
• Ensure waste is transported and disposed of according to company procedures
• Complete required trip and delivery records
• Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned lorry
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions
• Work at different project and customer locations as required
