Job description

Position: Administrative Support for Rooms Division

Location: Various Hyatt properties including Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, Grand Hyatt San Antonio, Bunkhouse Corporate Office, Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa

Description: You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of administrative support for the Rooms Division operations.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as a secretary or Senior Coordinator in an international hotel chain.
  • Ability to organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Due to Malaysian government work permit restrictions, only Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents of Malaysia will be considered.
