Role Summary

The Room Team Leader is responsible for cleaning assigned guestrooms and maintaining related room floors at high standards during a shift, assisting guests with questions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all work in assigned areas meets cleanliness standards and adheres to Hilton policies.
  • Protect guest privacy during service.
  • Assist guests and respond to requests.
  • Clean and replenish supplies in guestrooms.
  • Perform turndown service when required.
  • Keep master keys secure.
  • Maintain neat and stocked trolleys.
  • Ensure equipment is in good condition.
  • Keep linen room organized.
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues.
  • Provide courteous and professional service.
  • Maintain good relationships with team members and other departments.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Follow lost and found procedures.
  • Address guest complaints appropriately.
  • Promote hotel services and Hilton products.
  • Maintain product and service knowledge to assist and sell to guests.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, Hilton code of conduct, and team member handbook.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma and skills training.
  • At least 1 year experience in Housekeeping.
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role at an international hotel chain.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping operations.
  • Flexible with working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures.
