The Room Attendant cleans assigned guestrooms and maintains related room floors in a clean state at all times during a shift, assisting guests with any questions they may have.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities include:

• Completing all work in assigned areas to the highest cleanliness standards, adhering to Hilton policies and procedures.
• Protecting guests' privacy during service.
• Offering assistance to guests and responding to requests.
• Cleaning and replenishing supplies in guestrooms according to standards.
• Performing turndown service when required.
• Keeping master keys secure at all times.
• Maintaining neat and adequately stocked trolleys.
• Ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Keeping the linen room tidy and organized.
• Reporting any loss, damage, or maintenance issues to the Floor Supervisor.
• Providing courteous, professional service to guests.
• Maintaining positive working relationships with team members and other departments.
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly to the Engineering team.
• Following lost and found procedures.
• Addressing guest complaints appropriately.
• Promoting hotel and Hilton products and services.
• Maintaining high product and service knowledge to explain and sell services to guests.
• Adhering to hotel policies, Hilton code of conduct, and team member handbook.
• Performing any other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

The ideal Room Attendant should:

• Have a high school diploma and attended skills training school.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in housekeeping.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within international hotel chains.
• Be proficient in English.
• Have good knowledge of housekeeping operations on guest floors.
• Be flexible with working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Have knowledge of chemical handling and room cleaning procedures.
