Job summary

Solarvest in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to plan and supervise rooftop solar maintenance activities across sites. You will lead field service teams and ensure work meets SOPs and SLAs, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing technical reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and promoting continuous improvement within the O&M program. A strong background in electrical installations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field is required.
• Experience with rooftop solar PV installations or maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule rooftop solar maintenance activities aligned with SLA.
• Supervise technicians to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed to SOPs.
• Communicate outcomes to Customer Service for client updates.
• Prepare technical reports for client requests, warranty and insurance claims.
• Track warranty claims and coordinate with vendors for improvements.
