Job summary

MR ROBOT is seeking a Robotics Integration Engineer to deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot robotics systems in real-world environments. You will configure robots, connect hardware with software platforms and sensors, and ensure reliable operation during deployments.

In a fast-moving team, you will collaborate with engineering, AI, and operations to continually improve performance and reliability while meeting safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or integrating robotics or automation systems.
• Basic understanding of robotics hardware, sensors, and embedded systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure robots at customer sites or operational environments.
• Integrate robotics hardware with software platforms, sensors, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure robots operate reliably in real-world deployment environments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during deployments.
• Perform system testing, calibration, and validation to ensure operational readiness.
• Debug robotics systems to optimize performance and reliability.
• Provide on-site or remote technical support for robotics deployments.
• Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues when they arise.
• Document deployment configurations and operational procedures.
• Work with internal engineering, AI, and operations teams to resolve deployment challenges.
• Provide field feedback to improve robot performance and system reliability.
