Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Computing, Technology, or STEM-related fields.
• Strong interest in robotics competitions, coding challenges, or STEM contests.
• Passion for teaching programming, robotics, and STEM-related subjects.
• Enjoy working with children and mentoring young learners.
• Patient, approachable, and able to motivate students in both learning and competitive settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with parents.
• Fresh graduates with competition exposure are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Teach and conduct coding, STEM, and technology-related classes and programmes.
• Train, coach, and prepare students for robotics and coding competitions.
• Design competition-focused projects that simulate real contest challenges and time constraints.
• Mentor students to become passionate and curious in technology.
• Facilitate an inclusive classroom environment that encourages experimentation and resilience.
• Provide constructive feedback on students’ progress and competition readiness.
