Job summary

Jabil Malaysia is seeking an engineer to design, analyze, and integrate robotics, automation, and tooling for programs and products. Under broad supervision, you will develop, test, and implement preventive maintenance plans and interim solutions for damaged equipment.

You will document engineering changes, manage configuration controls, and seek reliability improvements through data-driven methods, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in automation or robotics.
• A college or university degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of control systems and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering tasks across design, analysis, modification of automation systems.
• Contribute to solution definition, validation plans, and documentation control.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies and corrective actions.
• Perform measurements, data analysis, and test execution.
• Support change control and continuous improvement activities.
