Job summary

Jabil Malaysia is seeking an engineer to design, analyze, and integrate robotics, automation, and tooling for programs and products. Under broad supervision, you will develop, test, and implement preventive maintenance plans and interim solutions for damaged equipment.

You will document engineering changes, manage configuration controls, and seek reliability improvements through data-driven methods, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in automation or robotics.
• A college or university degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of control systems and engineering drawings.

Job Summary

Under broad supervision, designs, analyzes, modifies, and integrates robotics, automation, technologies and processes related to equipment and tooling for applicability to programs and products. Develops, implements, and tests preventative maintenance plans, interim solutions for damaged and unsafe equipment, and tooling. Investigates and documents engineering changes and controls equipment and tooling configuration in accordance with standard operating procedures. Develops and recommends equipment reliability improvements through the application of reliability engineering tooling.

Education & Experience

Typically requires of 2 -5 years of experience in the current field of work. Typically College or university degree required.
