Role Summary
The Executive – RPA Developer will play a key role in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of RPA and Lark workflow automations as well as support. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end automation lifecycle projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute RPA and workflow automation initiatives using tools like UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate / Aka Bot / Lark.
- Assist in the collaboration with business units to identify automation opportunities through process assessment and feasibility analysis as part of ITPAO demand initiative.
- Design optimized and scalable automation workflows aligned to business rules and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage project timeline and provide accurate progress update to the ITPAO Manager.
- Conduct testing (SIT & UAT) by coordinating with the users, and ensure bot stability post-deployment.
- Monitor bot performance and address production incidents or process failures, and log these incidents into the issue log accordingly.
- Ability to document Process Requirement Documentation (PRD), Process Definition Document (PDD), architecture diagrams, and all related documentations.
- Ability to conduct basic troubleshooting whenever production issue arises.
- Maintain reusable RPA components and templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 0-2 years of hands-on RPA experience, including end-to-end implementation.
- Familiar in at least one RPA platform (UiPath / AA / Power Automate / Aka Bot / Lark).
- Basic understanding of programming concepts.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced automation team.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Certification in RPA tools is a plus.
