Responsibilities:
Roboshop Management
- Manage daily Roboshop operations to ensure optimal functionality, cleanliness, and stock availability.
- Restock products by collecting inventory from the warehouse and replenishing Roboshop in a timely manner.
- Monitor Roboshop system dashboards to track stock levels, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory updates.
- Handle customer complaints related to Roboshop usage and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on replenishment activities and system performance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot internal system settings related to Roboshop operations.
- Handle physical stock audits.
- All other duties or projects as assigned.
Warehouse Management
- Oversee day-to-day activities in the warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies or loss through proper handling and process compliance.
- Implement and monitor key operational metrics such as turnover rate, storage efficiency, and damage rates.
- Identify and resolve issues related to warehouse workflow, damaged goods, or system errors.
- Support physical stock audits and warehouse cleanliness standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- All other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Strong self-driving force.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including nights, evenings and weekends.
- Willing to travel around and possess own transport.
- Mandarin as the working language, with English or Malay as a second language. Proficiency in both is required.
