Requirements:
Job requirements
Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent
Able to communicate effectively in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
Proficient in Traditional Mandarin (reading, speaking, and writing)
Willing to work 5 to 6 days per week (Attendance bonus applicable for 6-day weeks across 4 consecutive weeks)
Comfortable with 24-hour rotational shifts
Available to start on14th May 2025
Must be able to work on-site at the office in Nusajaya, Iskandar Puteri
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with food orders, cancellations, payment concerns, and app-related issues.
Provide effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Work closely with delivery partners and restaurants to maintain smooth operations.
Log all customer interactions and feedback accurately for continuous improvement.
Manage escalated or complex issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly basic salary: RM3,000
KPI incentives: Earn up to RM400
Full attendance allowance (6 working days): RM300
Night shift allowance: Up to RM300
Contributions to EPF and SOCSO included
12 days of annual leave
