RM2600 ENG BM E-HAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE @ JB

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa (reading, writing, speaking)
• Willing to work 6 days per week with rotational off-days
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (9 hours per shift, including breaks)
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Availability to start on 7 May 2025
• Must be able to work on-site in Nusajaya, Iskandar Puteri, JB

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with ride bookings, cancellations, fare inquiries, and app-related concerns
• Provide professional customer support and resolve issues
• Coordinate with drivers and partners to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Adhere to company guidelines and service standards

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM1,900 per month
• Performance Incentives: Up to RM400 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM300 per month
• EPF & SOCSO contributions
• Annual Leave: 12 days per year
• Medical Leave: 14 days per year
• Comprehensive Paid Training: 1 month
• Free Shuttle Van Service (schedule provided before onboarding)
