Job description

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Willing to work 6 days per week (rotational off-day)
Comfortable with rotational shifts (9 hours per shift, inclusive of break)
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Availability to start on 14 April 2025
Must be able to work on-site in Johor Bahru

Scopes:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, email and live chat
Assist customers with ride bookings, cancellations, fare inquiries, and app-related concerns
Provide professional customer support and issue resolution
Coordinate with drivers and partners to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Adhere to company guidelines and service standards
