Job description

Job Description:

  • Conduct credit risk checking such as defaulter check, CTOS, bankruptcy search, collateral and counter evaluation, etc.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of Risk Management information.
  • Monitor and track risk issues and its action plans to closure.
  • Verify and validate the documents submitted by customer based on risk assessment criteria.
  • Analyse the potential risk for current and new process flow under the rental scheme.
  • Conduct internal investigation on related parties if they breached the company rules and regulations before submission to Legal & Compliance department.
  • Ensure that risks taken in own areas of work are controlled within approved limits.
  • Support manager to continuously review process identified and resolve gaps through constructive feedback and implement process improvement, where applicable.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with the operational risk related framework, policies and business
  • Support manager for risk review and assessment on projects and company-wide business activities. Ensure sufficient depth of operation risk analysis and develop mechanisms for the tracking the risks identified and continuously work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to build, enhance and further optimize the existing operation risk management system/processes in supporting the overall company’s strategies.
  • Perform administrative work on the rental ownership transfer within the timeframe given.
  • Report preparation that tailored to relevant audience.
  • Manage other/special/ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer communications from initial contact until resolution, escalating issues to relevant departments as necessary.
  • Work together as a team to achieve timely turnaround time and quality replies to customer.
  • Assist on collection of all outstanding and payment within credit term.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / above.
  • We welcome candidates who possess the ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Mandarin (optional) being a valuable asset.
  • Fresh Graduate or 2 year experience in related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel) , time management skill, multi-tasking skill.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadline.
