  • Assist in risk assessments to identify and prioritise risks across operations
  • Help identify and manage operational risks by recommending controls that strengthen resilience
  • Support investigations and reporting of incidents or breaches, and follow up with corrective actions

Reporting & Communication

  • Help prepare clear risk reports for senior leaders, governance bodies, and clients
  • Contribute to communications with clients about risk strategies and key exposures
  • Monitor regulatory and market changes that could affect FNZ’s risk position and share relevant insights

Training, Policy & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the development and delivery of training to build risk knowledge across the team
  • Help maintain and update risk policies and procedures as regulations and business needs change
  • Look for ways to improve how we manage risk, based on feedback and emerging best practices
