Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with trading/transaction platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage real time transaction systems and order flow across the platform.
• Track key platform performance metrics, pricing indicators and market data.
• Ensure platform uptime, transaction accuracy and system reliability during assigned shift.
• Handle transaction breaks, order discrepancies and reconciliations in real time.
• Provide timely escalation and resolution of operational issues.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring pricing models and risk checks across operations.
• Monitor platform exposure and flag unusual patterns, irregularities or risk breaches.
• Support liquidity operations to ensure stable and reliable platform performance.
• Perform daily risk checks and ensure all controls are functioning correctly.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and manage real time transaction systems and order flow across the platform

About you

Knowledge of risk management principles, including market risk, counterparty risk and operational risk
