Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Risk Management in the Risk Management function.
  • Collect required risk data from respective departments periodically or as needed.
  • Conduct departmental and process risk assessments, review and challenge submitted risk registers, document assessments, perform validation and sampling tests, and prepare risk assessment reports.
  • Coordinate and compile key indicators and statistics for Operational Risk Reporting (ORR).
  • Assist in organizing the annual Company-wide Risk Management Workshop with senior management, including workshop preparation, minute-taking, updating the Company Wide Risk Register, and quarterly follow-up reporting.
  • Prepare and coordinate ORM meetings, including meeting materials and scenario analysis.
  • Assist in new product risk assessments and credit-related risk reviews.
  • Participate in yearly activities such as CSA, JSOX, etc., and follow-up reporting.
  • Support the preparation of RMCC quarterly reports, TMA quarterly reports, MC monthly reports, and other ad-hoc reports required by RMCC/TMA/TMLS/BNM.
  • Perform any other assignments from the Head of Department.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Actuarial, Risk Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Preferably a Senior Executive with experience in Risk Management or Internal Audit within the Insurance Industry.
