Develop and implement risk-based asset strategies aligned with internal assurance frameworks and industry best practices.

Ensure compliance with legal, HSSE, and asset integrity standards, including inspections, certifications, and documentation.

Lead or support asset condition assessments and analyze performance, cost, and risk data for critical site equipment.

Maintain accurate, high-quality asset data in systems such as CMMS and EDMS to support operational and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to multi-year asset management planning, focusing on reinvestment prioritization and maintenance optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment with risk-based asset management strategies.

Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and recommend actions to enhance service quality and operational outcomes.

Ensure all operational licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation are valid, up-to-date, and audit-ready.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for compliance-related expenses and operational continuity.

Provide leadership in site operations, team capability building, and continuous improvement to drive business performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Legal Studies, Business Administration or Facility Management from a university recognized by the Malaysian Government.

At least 6 years of experience in asset and facility maintenance management; exposure to high-risk, regulated infrastructure is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including report writing, preparing presentations, and business process improvement.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships across functions.

Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate with a sound understanding of HSSE practices and relevant local regulations.
