Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science, ML, or AI experience.
• Production-ready models experience.

• Familiarity with Revenue Growth Management domain is a plus.

You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain experience in developing data science models. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable data science solutions and products that support Revenue Growth Management (RGM), translating complex business challenges—including pricing, promotions, trade spend, and customer profitability—into data-driven insights that enable commercial decision-making.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and production-ready data science models, Python code, and libraries by leveraging the latest technologies and best practices to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Drive innovation by staying current with advancements in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Large Language Models (LLMs), promoting awareness of emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to apply them across the business.
• Partner with business product owners, technology teams, and senior stakeholders to provide trusted technical advice, influence strategic decisions, and foster adoption of data science solutions across the organisation.
• Contribute to the growth of the Data Science community by sharing knowledge, mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and bringing insights from internal and external projects to continuously improve capabilities and business outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Design, build, and enhance data science and AI products that contribute to a Unified Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Engine, enabling the evolution from centralized insights to AI-powered decision-making and execution.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning models and high-quality Python code, ensuring robust, reliable, and production-ready solutions.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and optimize model performance by understanding both code and model behaviour, with a strong focus on explainability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions while contributing to the organisation's purpose of \"Nourishing by Nature.\"
• Leverage at least 6 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or AI to take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and meaningful business impact.
