Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Production Trainer to support the training of direct labor, develop and maintain training programs, and ensure employees achieve high skills and safety standards on the production floor.

The role involves coordinating with production, conducting on-the-job training, improving training materials, and maintaining accurate training records while upholding 5S and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate level or 1 year working experience in RFID manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Team player with creative thinking.
• Fluent in English and Malay communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Operator specific on-the-job training for associates on assigned workstation.
• Plan and schedule operators' training and coordinate with production.
• Carry out policy deployments, briefings and simulations (Quality alerts and visual catalogues).
• Evaluate operator performance for qualification purposes.
• Prepare training records, attendance and related forms.
