Reporting To: Reward, Benefits & Mobility Manager – APMEA & Europe
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
The Reward, Benefits & Mobility (RBM) Process Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the RBM processes within the Kerry Group. This role involves coordinating various efforts, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with RBM policies. The specialist will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR teams, payroll teams, and third-party service providers, to provide a seamless RBM experience for employees.
Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us. A Kerry employee will not solicit candidates through a non-Kerry email address or phone number. In addition, Kerry does not currently utilise video chat rooms (e.g., Google Hangouts) to conduct interviews.
