About the role

Work Location: 1Powerhouse, PJ (5mins walk from MRT Bandar Utama)
Reporting To: Reward, Benefits & Mobility Manager – APMEA & Europe
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm


The Reward, Benefits & Mobility (RBM) Process Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the RBM processes within the Kerry Group. This role involves coordinating various efforts, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with RBM policies. The specialist will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR teams, payroll teams, and third-party service providers, to provide a seamless RBM experience for employees.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of efforts between various stakeholders and third-party service providers.
  • Prepare documentation and manage instructions to payrolls and shadow payrolls.
  • Advise and interact with payroll teams globally in the implementation of compensation and analysis of monthly reports.
  • Assist with the annual pay review process, including preparation, planning, and communication.
  • Partner with RBM colleagues, HR teams, and other parties to ensure effective management of the population.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on RBM policies and compliance topics.
  • Support the management of third-party service providers (Immigration, Relocation, Tax, Insurance and benefits providers).
  • Support the provision of training and education to HR and the Business on all aspects of RBM, including policies and systems.
  • Assist with the analysis, approval, and processing of all RBM vendor purchase orders ensuring adequate supporting information.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and reports to support the RBM/HR team.
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related and proven experience in a role related to process improvement in Reward & Benefits or Global Mobility within a global organization.
  • In depth knowledge of RBM policies and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
