We are looking for Revenue Optimization Manager to join our team!

As our Revenue Optimization Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting process along with internal stakeholders.
  • Professionally and efficiently utilize multiple global systems in line with company policies and best practices to drive performance.
  • Optimize pricing strategies based on sound commercial judgment in all segments, whilst assisting to drive EBITDA, RevPAR, Market Share and ADR.
  • Oversee and manage rate in all distribution channels based on market performance and company objectives.
  • Support the analysis of information for creating and driving face-based business decisions and strategies.
  • Adjust and forecast reservations and room revenue accurately for strategy optimization.
  • Organize revenue management meetings.
  • Monitor competitors, analyze demand, suggest price changes.
  • Manage the reservation department.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Able to lead and motivate the team and develop associates to their fullest potential.
  • Minimum 2 years in Revenue Optimization roles. and or other relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical ability and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Mainly Microsoft Excel).
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in revenue and data analysis, with data tools.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate results into understandable and actionable insights.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in office and online tools and systems required for the function.
  • Sound functional knowledge of Revenue Management practices and decisions.
  • Able to adapt to dynamic changing situations and to deliver effective presentation to Management.
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels, revenue management best practices, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into revenue optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Organized and self-motivated mindset.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Has a can-do attitude.
