Position: Revenue Manager
Reporting to: Director of Revenue

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Revenue Manager to join our team. This role is essential in optimizing our hotel's revenue performance through effective pricing strategies, inventory control, market analysis, and digital presence management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies based on market trends.
  • Analyze room statistics, demand factors, and competitive performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy across all distribution channels and systems.
  • Implement hotel inventory distribution strategy and maintain rate parity across OTAs and booking platforms.
  • Prepare accurate revenue-related reports including financial statements and forecast data.
  • Lead the revenue team, providing training and guidance on best practices.
  • Conduct weekly meetings and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media audits, email campaigns, website optimization, and e-commerce listings.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with sales on targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain all revenue systems including IDB and BE platforms.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or similar role in the hotel industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with OTA systems, BE, and IDB systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and metrics is an added advantage.
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage a small team effectively.
