Joining Schneider Electric means working towards a cleaner, better world. Our global team values inclusion, mastery, purpose, action, curiosity, and teamwork, transforming sustainability ambitions into tangible actions.

The Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Generation Specialist to make an impact!

What will you do?
  • Manage leads from various sources (inbound, marketing, campaigns), including profiling, qualifying, and converting leads into opportunities via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Identify, manage, close, or pass opportunities—follow up on leads, quotes, service, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor accounts and opportunities passed to sales and partners to ensure timely follow-up until closure.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams, especially sales and channel teams, to ensure quality leads and clear routing for prompt action.
  • Execute lead processing and routing for sales and partner accounts according to Coverage and Engagement Governance (CEG) rules, directing customers to appropriate channels when needed.
  • Support sales growth and market share capture through targeted programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Work closely with other Business Units, Marketing Leaders, and CCC to align and optimize lead and opportunity management.
  • Manage reporting on performance and operational KPIs, and present business reviews.
  • Present lead performance and opportunities in regular meetings.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support team and departmental objectives.
  • Utilize social selling and digital engagement to enhance influence and customer engagement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing local promotional activities to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electricity, electronics, SE products, pricing, and competitive landscape to apply knowledge effectively for growth and conversions.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Degree in Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in lead management, sales support, marketing, or customer service; open to fresh graduates.
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., English, Malay, Chinese) are advantageous.
  • Understanding of lead management and sales cycles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Organized, resilient, coachable, with good time management.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and passionate.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and a sense of urgency.
  • Digital skills, including social selling and digital influence.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
What’s in it for me?
  • Global Family Leave
  • Comprehensive medical coverage for employees and dependents
  • Worldwide Employee Stock Ownership
