Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and minimum 8 years’ experience in revenue generation roles.
• An advanced degree (MBA, M.S., MD, or Ph.D.) is preferred.
• Preferably experience in FMCG.
• Excellent relationship building, presentation and communications skills.
• The ability to influence and work with varied audiences.
• Energetic, self-starter, results oriented in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Passionate and self-motivated to drive deals to successful conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue Generation Excellence roadmap across Domestic, International, and Foodservice.
• Identify growth opportunities by business unit, market, category, channel, and portfolio.
• Support annual business planning, target setting and resource allocation.
• Establish a common performance-management framework across divisions.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards on sales, margin, distribution, and performance.
• Define sales excellence framework and standard ways of working.
• Strengthen selling, negotiation, and distributor-management capabilities.
• Standardise sales routines: call planning, daily briefings, and route coaching.
• Embed execution discipline and cross-market replication of best practices.
• Drive capability development and succession planning with HR.
