About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retreat Housekeeping to join our team at THE HOOTON RETREAT SDN. BHD. in Pertang Negeri Sembilan. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our luxury retreat facility.

What you'll be doing

1. Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining all guest rooms, common areas, and amenities to the highest standards
2. Restocking and replenishing guest supplies and linens
3. Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
4. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
5. Assisting with laundry, inventory, and other housekeeping duties as required
6. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction

1. Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or hospitality role
2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
