WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Retail Visual Merchandising Lead whose mission will be to deliver a premium consumer experience by building the bond between consumer and brand with the highest level of service and applying brand stories to the retail setting. This position will sit at the Nike store at Genting Premium Outlet.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Your role is to understand what motivates and inspires consumers and to create exceptional consumer experiences. As a VM Lead, you are committed to creating an authentic, connected, and distinctive premium experience for our consumers.

This is a snapshot of the day-to-day activities you’ll be involved in:

• Building and maintaining in-store visual merchandising aesthetics
• Mentoring and developing Athletes on visual merchandising best practices
• Collaborating with Coaches on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Identifying brand opportunities
• Providing exceptional customer service

You will also maintain knowledge of all store departments, perform associate activities, handle complex transactions or customer service situations, and provide expertise in areas like Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and Sales. Ongoing training and education are encouraged to develop your expertise. You will assist Managers in onboarding and training new associates and support loss prevention efforts through proactive customer service and team coordination. You may also have keyholder responsibilities.

WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of retail experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Experience in visual merchandising
