Retail Trainee

Job Responsibility

1. Work closely with the team to plan the work output in store.
2. Consistently exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining costs and avoiding wastages.
3. Manage daily operations activities such as cashiering, making of beverages, opening and closing of the store, and daily counting of stocks while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
4. Capable of solving any issue and providing support and guidance to the team.
5. Ensure stores are compliant with operational standards, company policies, regulations, hygiene and safety guidelines.
6. Able to handle different types of responsibilities within the job scope.
7. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
8. Sales oriented.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of working experience preferably in retail sales or healthy lifestyle environment.
2. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
4. A team player with good inter-personal skills, time management, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
6. Possess self-confidence and ability to actively interact with customers.
7. Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence customer service.
8. Energetic, positive, and responsible attitude.
9. Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays. (6 days per week & 9 hours per day)

Working hours

1. (Monday to Sunday)
2. Morning Shift: 9.30am-6pm.
3. Afternoon Shift: 1.30pm-10pm.
