Job summary

Clarks Outlet in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Product Owner for Retail Technology to own the roadmap and drive delivery across store operations, POS, and omnichannel journeys. You will translate business goals into product outcomes and prioritised backlogs for global rollouts.

The role bridges retail operations, technology, and suppliers, ensuring readiness for new openings, store refits, and continued omnichannel success, with a strong focus on customer experience and security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Owner/PM in a retail environment.
• Strong experience with POS, store technology, retail platforms.
• Experience delivering technology for store openings and retail transformations.
• Understanding of store processes: sales, promos, stock, payments, and data flows.
• Experience with retail systems architecture, integrations, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, roadmap, and backlog for retail technology products globally.
• Act as product SME across POS, payments, store systems, integrations, stock, promotions, loyalty, CRM, and order management.
• Partner with retail, technology, commercial, property, supply chain, finance, and suppliers.
