Cotton On Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Typo store at IOI City Mall in Malaysia. You will support the Store Manager and lead the team to create outstanding customer experiences and drive store performance.

Own your store operations, coach your team, and spot opportunities to enhance presentation, inventory, and brand direction. You’ll champion customer excellence and contribute to the brand’s global impact with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Own your store and focus on executing Brand direction across VM, trade actions, inventory processes and presentation
• Coach the team to work together in your department in partnership with your Store Management team
• Share feedback with your Manager and team to grow your department performance
• Bring your commercial eye to your store, spot trade opportunities, and find solutions to improve the customer experience and department results
• Embed customer excellence whilst growing store results through clear planning and direction
• Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on how they can make life‑changing impact on our projects around the world
• Step‑up and support your management team in the wider day‑to‑today running of the store as required

The Role
