Ensuring the store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and remains profitable.

Store Operations Management:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning; manage store inventory to ensure sufficient product supply and timely replenishment; monitor sales performance and develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Manage and develop the store to enhance brand image and sales performance.

Team Management:

Train and manage store employees to ensure the team delivers high-quality customer service; create work schedules, manage attendance, and conduct performance evaluations; motivate and guide team members to maintain positivity and efficiency.

Customer Service:

Ensure the store provides exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and issues; understand customer needs and offer personalized shopping experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales and Marketing:

Analyze sales data and market trends to develop promotional activities and sales strategies; monitor competitors to ensure the store's market competitiveness; assist in executing brand promotion activities to enhance brand market influence.

Manage the store's budget and expenses to ensure cost control within reasonable limits; handle daily cash registers, account reconciliation, and store financial reporting.

Store Display and Maintenance:

Ensure product displays meet brand standards and maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics; manage store equipment maintenance to ensure a comfortable and safe store environment.

Communication with Headquarters:

Act as a liaison between the store and company headquarters to ensure the effective implementation of company policies and directives within the store; regularly report store operations and sales performance to headquarters.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to develop a loyal customer base; collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and product offerings.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a store supervisor or in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.

Strong knowledge of retail management best practices and principles.

Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Must have a strong sense of responsibility as a store Supervisor.
