Responsibilities:

Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth customer experience.

Supervise and guide a small retail team to meet targets.

Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and stock levels.

Provide product demonstrations and handle customer enquiries.

Drive sales performance and ensure excellent service delivery.

Handle basic reporting and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirement:

Possess at least a SPM/ STPM /Diploma or equivalent.

Comfortable with retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Possess experience as Store Supervisor / Store Manager in retail industry. Candidate from Lifestyle Tech & Luxury Retail is welcome to apply.
