A leading company in animal healthcare is seeking a Retail Supervisor. In this role, you will manage store operations, train employees, and enhance customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in retail, particularly in animal healthcare products.
1.Supervise, train and assist employees like Retail Assistant, Customer Service and Billing Clerk in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
2.Create a detailed schedule for the staff, ensuring that it covers their shifts, breaks, and daily responsibilities.
3.Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
4.Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with Purchasing Executive to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
5.Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
6.Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
7.Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
8.To entertain and respond promptly to customer inquiry either by telephone or electronically by providing accurate information to the callers.
9.To handle customer complaints in a correct information and professional manner and to assist them with enquiries on behalf of the company.
10.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
11.Achieve 100% sales target for Retail.
